Warranty

At Jagged Velocity, we are committed to delivering superior quality products that undergo rigorous inspections before shipment. Should any of our products fail to meet your expectations, please contact us directly for prompt assistance. For purchases made outside of www.cajve.ca, kindly reach out to the original point of purchase as the first course of action.

Jagged Velocity provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes free troubleshooting, repairs, or replacement parts to resolve manufacturing issues. However, this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from personal misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper usage (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping the Sport Vehicle, etc.). (Effective January 1, 2025)

Warranty Coverage and Solutions

1. Replacement parts will be shipped via standard mail, accompanied by step-by-step installation instructions.
2. Defective components will be exchanged for functionally equivalent parts that match the original in performance and reliability.

In both cases, Jagged Velocity will cover repair and shipping costs, ensuring no additional charges for our customers.

Conditions of Warranty:
The Jagged Velocity Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products purchased second-hand, used, or from unauthorized channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Exclusions:
Warranty claims will not be honored under the following circumstances:

1. Products not commercialized by Jagged Velocity or its authorized dealers.
2. Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians or using non-original or faulty equipment.
3. Damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions, or accidents.
4. Issues arising from improper maintenance, contamination, or exposure to water beyond specified limits (e.g., driving through water deeper than 4 cm).
5. Alterations to product markings, serial codes, or other identifying features.
6. Damage due to improper handling, transportation, or storage by the customer.
7. Natural wear and tear or deterioration from environmental factors such as corrosion or condensation.
8. Failure to adhere to the user manual’s operational guidelines.
9. Vandalism or other acts beyond Jagged Velocity’s control.

Jagged Velocity reserves the sole discretion to evaluate and determine warranty claims. If a claim is deemed invalid, a repair and return shipping quotation will be provided.

Warranty Limitations:

1. The warranties outlined herein are exclusive, replacing all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
2. Jagged Velocity reserves the right to update product designs and substitute models with equivalent replacements where necessary. Refurbished or comparable value components may be used in fulfilling claims.
3. Jagged Velocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, equipment, or personal property. Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

Returns & Refunds

At Jagged Velocity, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Below are our return and refund policies:

Order Modification or Cancellation

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellations before processing begins. Refunds will only be initiated after confirmation by our support team.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The package has not been delivered, and the courier can intercept the shipment.

Returns for items outside these conditions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Refund Process

• Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.
• Return and refund processing typically takes 1-4 weeks after receipt of the returned item.
